PROGRAM TITLE:  Barangay Nestlé Rewards Program

PROGRAM PERIOD:  December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024

PROGRAM OVERVIEW: 

The Barangay Nestlé Rewards Program (“Program”) is a loyalty program of Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (NPI).  Members of the Program are given rewards, discounts and privileges in accordance with the Program’s criteria for membership. The Program will run from December 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.

 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

A. QUALIFICATION/DISQUALIFICATION OF MEMBERSHIP:
    1.  Membership is open to consumers of products of NPI and its affiliates in the Philippines and is a privilege granted by NPI. NPI reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate at any time at its sole discretion, without any liability, the membership in the Program of any member for any unauthorized registration to the Program, unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of the rewards, discounts, and privileges under the Program.                                                                   
    2.   All consumers of NPI who are at least 18 years old are qualified to join.  Individual sari-sari store owners may also join the Program, provided they comply with the membership requirements under these Terms and Conditions.

 

B. DESCRIPTION OF MECHANICS
  1.   PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION
      1. 1.1 Any individual who wants to be a member of the Program must purchase participating products of NPI and its affiliates in the Philippines in covered stores or create an account in any of the following means: 
        1. 1.1.1       https://www.digitindahan.com.ph
        2. 1.1.2       Barangay Nestlé Rewards Chatbot
          The following are the minimum information needed:
          1. 1.1.1.1       First Name
          2. 1.1.1.2       Surname
          3. 1.1.1.3       Email Address
          4. 1.1.1.4       Mobile Number
      2. 1.2 Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from the coverage of the Program.
      3. 1.3 Membership is activated once a consumer completes the sign-up process
      4. 1.4 Membership in the Program will be renewed automatically every year as long as the account is active, or until NPI announces the Program's cancellation. Membership to the Program is not subject to an annual fee. To be considered as an active account, the holder, at any given time within a continuous 6-month period, must purchase, redeem, or earn points.

 

  1.  MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
2.1. There are 2 types of membership levels in the Program:
2.1.1       Suki – all consumers start at this level.
2.1.2       Super Suki - for consumers who have purchased at least Php60,000.00 worth of products in the DigiTindahan and any partner stores that NPI may nominate from time to time, within a 12-month period.
    2.2   A membership level may be upgraded from Suki to Super Suki at any time within the 12-month period for as long as the minimum spend requirement is met. The Super Suki membership level is valid for 1 year from the Super Suki activation date. 
    2.3  The Super Suki Membership level will be reviewed every year on the anniversary of the Super Suki activation date. A maintaining spend of Php60,000.00 within 1 year from the time a member was upgraded to Super Suki status should be met by the Super Suki to retain the Super Suki membership level.  Otherwise, a Super Suki member will be downgraded to Suki.

     

    C. DETERMINATION OF POINTS ELIGIBILITY:
    1. EARNING OF POINTS

    1.1 Members may earn points from the following physical and eCommerce stores. Every Php1.00 purchase is equivalent to 1 point.

    Ever Supermarket

    WalterMart Supermarket

    LCC Supermarket

    Watsons

    NPI reserves the right to revise the list of physical stores participating in the Program.

    Any addition or removal from the list shall be announced in any of NPI’s official channels, including its Facebook page.

    DigiTindahan (www.DigiTindahan.com.ph)

    1.2 For physical stores, members must take a photo of your receipt and send it to Barangay Nestlé Rewards Messenger Chatbot: m.me/BrgyNestleRewards.

    1.3 Bonus points may also be earned by members for a specific promo, criteria, duration or a limited time only.

    1.4 Only purchases fully paid in cash, credit card, debit cards, GCash shall be qualified to earn points. Points are earned as soon as the order has been successfully paid.

    1.5 Purchases paid using online reversal voucher or points redeemed are not qualified to earn points and shall be deducted from the total purchase amount.

    1.6 Points earned shall be reversed for voided transactions or refunded purchases, subject to the return policy of the DigiTindahan.

    1.7 Points may not be assigned, sold, transferred, and/or pledged to any third party. Members have no property rights or other legal interests in points.

    1.8 Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from the coverage of the Program.

    1.9 NPI has the right to monitor all account activity of every member. If, at NPI’s sole reasonable discretion, it has determined that the member has engaged in any fraud, abuse or suspicious activity in relation to privileges granted by virtue of his/her membership; failed to follow the Program rules; or made any misrepresentations, NPI reserves the right to close or suspend the his/her membership immediately, prohibit the member from accruing and/or earning points, and/or redeem any points. If the member’s points are cancelled or forfeited for any reason, NPI will not reinstate those points to the account. If the member’s DigiTindahan account is closed for any reason, the consumer’s membership in the Program will be terminated. If a member conducted any fraudulent activity in relation to his/her membership, NPI reserves the right to take any necessary legal action and/or charge and collect from the member any points redeemed as a result of such activity.

    2.EXPIRATION OF POINTS

    Points earned shall automatically expire after 6 months of inactivity. Inactivity shall mean a member’s failure to earn additional points or redeem any points earned during the applicable period.

     

    D. REWARD REDEMPTION OF PARTICIPANTS:
    1. REWARD REDEMPTION USING POINTS

    1.1 To redeem the points earned, a member shall choose the amount of points that he/she wants to redeem upon check-out. One thousand (1,000) points earned shall be equivalent to Php10.00 cash back value or from a rewards catalog. 

    1.2 A minimum single purchase amount of Php500.00 is needed to redeem points from the DigiTindahan store. Milk Code covered products shall be excluded from points redemption at DigiTindahan.

    1.3 Points may be used to redeem rewards anytime as long as the member’s points meet the minimum requirement for the chosen reward.

    1.4 A member may also redeem points through the following sources:

    1.4.1 Barangay Nestle Rewards Chatbot

    1.4.2 Rewards catalog found in the rewards page in www.digitindahan.com.ph

    1. REDEMPTION OF THE BIRTHDAY BENEFIT FOR SUPER SUKI MEMBERS
    2.1 The Birthday Benefit is only available to Super Suki members.
    2.2 In order to avail of the Birthday Benefit, a Super Suki member should opt to provide his/her birthdate via the member’s account registration page of the https://www.digitindahan.com.ph.
    2.3 The program headquarters will send a birthday email to the Super Suki member on the member’s birthday indicating the birthday gift unique voucher code which he/she can redeem through the DigiTindahan.
    2.4 Shipping fee (if applicable) for the birthday gift shall be paid by the member.
    2.5 The specific terms and conditions for the redemption of the birthday gift shall be provided in the birthday email that will be sent to the Super Suki member.
    2.6 The birthday benefit may be availed only on the birth month of the Super Suki member.
    2.7 NPI, at its sole discretion, may remove or change Bhe birthday Benefit at any time without prior notice.

     

    E. PROCEDURE IN THE REWARD NOTIFICATION OF MEMBERS:
    1. INFORMATION ON POINTS BALANCE

    Consumers may know their available points for redemption by logging in to their DigiTindahan account at https://www.digitindahan.com.ph or through the Barangay Nestlé Rewards Chatbot

     

    F. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

      By becoming a member, the member agrees to the Privacy Policy herein provided, and all its amendments thereto found in this link: https://www.nestle.com.ph/info/privacypolicy.

      1. TERMINATION
      1.1 NPI may, at its sole discretion and for whatever reason, terminate the Program at any time. Members will be given 30 days from announcement of the program’s termination to redeem their available points.
        1.2 Any breach of these Terms and Conditions, whether intentional or otherwise, may result in termination of the consumer’s membership, forfeiture of any privileges, cancellation of his/her Program membership or being blacklisted by NPI in any program or promos that it may implement in the future.

         

        1. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
        2.1 NPI shall not be liable howsoever for any errors, delays, loss or damage, which may be directly or indirectly due to any breakdown, failure of machinery or the processor; or industry dispute, war, act of God, system failure and anything outside the control of NPI.
          2.2 NPI shall not be liable for any loss of accumulated points or loss or damage suffered as a result of any defect or error in any machines or inability to retrieve any information or data from the computer system for whatever cause.
            2.3 All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and whether arising under any legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods and/or services supplied in relation to the Program are expressly excluded to the extent permitted by law.

              2.4 NPI shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a member due to any failure or omission to notify him/her of any changes in these Terms and Conditions, participating companies in the Program, qualifying purchases and points awarded for qualifying purchases.

              3. NOTICES AND MODIFICATIONS

              3.1 Any notice in writing to NPI in relation to the Program shall be sent to cservices@ph.nestle.com.
              3.2 For updates on the Terms and Conditions or any announcement regarding the Program, please refer to Barangay Nestlé Rewards Program Terms and Conditions link in barangaynestle.com.ph. The member shall be conclusively presumed to have been notified by such updates or announcement upon posting of the same on the app.
              3.3 NPI may cancel, modify, restrict, waive, or terminate any of the Program Terms and Conditions/Rules, including but not limited to, the rules for earning and redeeming points and the expiration policy for points, at any time, with or without prior notice, even though these changes may affect a member’s ability to use any points he has already earned.
              3.4 In the event a member is not agreeable to such variation, addition and/or amendments, the member may terminate his/her membership. His/her non-termination or continued use of his membership and/or points shall be conclusively deemed acceptance of the variation, addition and/or amendments of these Terms and Conditions.
              3.5 A member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable of any changes that NPI makes to the Program and these Terms and Conditions. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available in barangaynestle.com.ph.
